Hiring a general voice actor for medical narration is like hiring a dermatologist to perform brain surgery. Some narrators even call themselves Medical Narration Specialists, but if they’re not certified, they aren’t true specialists. Without the right specialized training, they are simply voiceover talents who work across various genres and are unlikely to excel in medical narration.

Medical narration has its own rhythm, vocabulary, and specialized proficiency requirements to convey information accurately while keeping the audience engaged. AI is still in its infancy. While it can narrate at the level of a mediocre general voice actor, it is untrained and certainly not certified in medical narration. AI might be able to pronounce complex medical terminology—though even that is debatable—but it cannot truly tell the story or tailor the delivery to your specific audience. Lacking relatability, it significantly affects audience engagement, attention, and retention.

We are highly comfortable with terminology across anatomy, physiology, disease processes, pharmaceutical operations, surgical workflows, clinical research, and more. We pronounce words exactly the way you want. American pronunciation? Done. British? Done. Australian? We have a specialist for that too!

Turnaround time depends on the length and complexity of the project. Most projects can be completed within 24–72 hours, though extremely long narrations may take longer. For larger projects, our Specialists can deliver partial segments as they’re completed, allowing you to begin assembling your project immediately. For example, we can provide content module by module or chapter by chapter, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Yes! We provide turn-key solutions: your audio is recorded, edited, mastered, and delivered ready for use. We can also time audio to animations or slides, though the best practice is to let the narration lead and the visuals follow—this allows the narrator to tell the story naturally and ensures your message is communicated clearly and effectively.

No problem! We can find a specialist for you! In some cases, we might even be able to find a
translator who is an expert communicator to create for you a script relatable to your specific
audience.

Pricing is based on a number of factors. These include script length, complexity, usage, and
special or unique needs. You will receive a clear estimate before we start your project. No
hidden surprises!

Once you review our Specialists’ demos and choose us to cast your project, full payment is held
in escrow. This assures that your certified specialists guaranteed payment. The money is not
released until you approve and sign off on the final project. However, if we don’t hear from you
within 10 days of audio delivery, the project will be considered final. Payment will be released to
all who worked on your production. At this point the job is considered final and no more
modifications can be made without additional charge.
